How Do I Return Something?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• All original packaging, manuals, accessories and tags must be included.
• Items must not show signs of use, wear, modification or damage.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used gas, CO2 cartridges, BBs or consumables.
• Custom-built or special-order items.
• Items that have been modified or painted.
• Products returned in an unsellable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
