2. General

  1. By using the Website, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.

  2. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

  3. This Website also contains links to other websites and embedded content from other websites, which are not operated by Wolf Armouries. Wolf Armouries accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites and Content will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

3. Terms of Sale

3.1 Registration

  1. You must have a registered account to place an order on the website. We reserve the right to delete duplicate accounts and deny access to any customers who do not comply with our terms and conditions.

  2. When registering you must provide true and accurate information. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent us from processing your order, it may also prevent us from contacting you to resolve any problems.

3.2 Eligibility

  1. In order to make purchases on the site you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

  2. By making an offer to purchase goods, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and are free from any legal restrictions that may prevent you from buying or that may prevent us from selling the products. See 3.3 for full details on UK legislation.

  3. If you are outside the UK, you assume all responsibility for any and all customs charges. You must ensure that anything you order complies with local laws and regulations and you assume responsibility for any customs delays or seizures.

  4. All orders from outside of the UK must contact us first for details, as not all items on our website can be shipped from UK. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund less any fees incurred.

  5. By making an offer to purchase you agree that we may use personal information provided to conduct anti fraud checks. Personal information may be disclosed to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies which may keep a record of that information.

3.3 Violent Crime Reduction Act

  1. Sales of realistic imitation firearms will be conducted in accordance with the relevant sections of the VCRA.

  2. Specifically, buyers must provide evidence for us to form a defence under section 37 of the VCRA.

    • Customers who are members of insured airsoft sites registered on the UKARA database may provide their site membership number during checkout for verifications
    • Customers purchasing for any other purpose must provide evidence by email to sales@wolfarmouries.co.uk
  3. Customers not purchasing for any purpose under section 37 will have the option to convert any realistic imitation into an imitation through our painting service. Any orders requiring painting have a leadtime of up to 2 weeks.

3.4 Pricing

  1. Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.

  2. Product prices are set according to current exchange rate and landed costs when stock is received or shortly beforehand . These prices are subject change.

  3. We are happy to offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the beginning of a sale. The exact product must be available at the time of the request to be approved. Approved price adjustments will be in the form of store credit valid for 12 months.

3.5 Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

  1. All orders made through the website are considered offers to purchase and are not binding contracts until they are accepted by us.

  2. Acceptance of orders is subject to authorised and accepted payment. All payments are subject validation and anti fraud checks.

  3. Wolf Armouries offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Occasionally we may encounter inaccuracies in our inventory due to damage, loss or theft. If any items you order are not available we will contact you by email or telephone to amend or cancel your order.

  4. Whilst every effort is made to maintain accurate prices, errors may occur from time to time. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any orders for items with an incorrect price. If you order an item with an incorrect price, we will inform you by email or telephone. If you have already paid for the goods, you will be refunded the full amount.

  5. If you discover you have made a mistake after you have submitted it, please contact sales@wolfarmouries.co.uk. However, we cannot guarantee your order can be amended according to your instructions.

3.6 Shipping

  1. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of acceptance. Acceptance is not necessarily the day an order is submitted.

  2. Our delivery partners aim to deliver goods within one working day or 3 working days of dispatch, this service level is not guaranteed. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays, but we are not liable for any consequential loss due to delays.

  3. All goods are insured in transit and remains our responsibility until it is delivered to your specified address, at which point responsibility passes to you. If your specified recipient is someone other than yourself you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

  4. Shipping costs for mainland UK are calculate at checkout. However some areas, the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and some of the UK Islands may incur additional surcharges. We will contact you before shipping to give you the cost of these surcharges. If they are too high you will be allowed to cancel the order.

3.7 Liability

  1. If we fail to comply with the terms and conditions, we are only responsible for foreseeable loss or damage you suffer.

  2. We are not responsible for consequential loss or damages which are not reasonably foreseeable (ie. loss of earnings or loss of opportunity)

  3. We are not responsible for failure to meet any obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.

4.Returns & Refunds

4.1 Unused Items or Cancelled orders (online or phone orders only)

  1. For online or phone orders , you may return any unused item in it’s original packaging for a refund or exchange if you notify us first and then return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will be refunded the cost of the returned item/s within 14 days of us receiving the item, we cannot refund the costs of shipping the items to you originally.

  3. The cost of return delivery will be borne by you. You are also responsible for the item/s until we receive them. Use of a tracked and insured service as well as suitable secure packaging is highly recommended.

  4. Because we pay transaction fees when we receive payments and these are not refunded back to us when an items is refunded if you cancel or return an item the cost of the transaction fees will not be refunded.  These are generally 50pence plus 2% of the original payment amount.

4.2 Pre Orders / Deposits

  1. For items that are pre ordered, 25% of the retail price is a Deposit.  When ordering you will be given an expected date of delivery, if the item or items arrive 3 weeks later than expected you are entitled to a full refund.

  2. If you wish to cancel a pre order and the item still is due to arrive within 3 weeks of the date that it was expected when placing your pre order, you will only be refunded the total paid less the 25% deposit amount of the item.

4.3 Faulty Items

  1. If you believe an item to be faulty you must return it for inspection.  You must allow a reasonable time for our engineer to inspect it and it may require you leaving the item with us.

  2. If an item is faulty we will offer a repair or replacement, followed by a full refund if this is unsuccessful or not possible.

  3. We will refund you the cost of return up to the cost that we charged originally to send it to you if any items are found to be faulty. If returned items are found to be no faulty, you will be charged the standard rate for delivery back to you.

4.4 Warranty

We warrant certain products to be free from manufacturing defects for 6 months after purchase. This warranty only covers buyers that are current UK residents.

  1. Items from the following manufacturers carry a 6 month warranty:

    • G&P

    • ICS (excluding Sportline models)

    • PTS Syndicate

    • Tokyo Marui

  2. The warranty does not cover:

    • Accidental damage (including magazine feed lips & damage from skirmishing).
    • Any routine maintenance required.
    • Any faults arising from misuse; this includes use of poor quality bbs, any internal damage caused by jammed BBs, overcharging batteries or using the incorrect battery or charger for the gun.
    • Any faults arising from using the wrong gas for temperature conditions, for example Tokyo Marui and other ABS guns must only use 144a gas when ambient temperatures are above 10 Degrees Centigrade.  In very hot conditions, i.e 15 degrees C and above, some pistols with metal slides must only use 144a gas (this is because gas pressure is increased with temprature). Every gas gun is different and you must check the gas you are using is correct.
    • Any faults arising from overcharging of batteries, or completely discharging batteries
    • Any faults arising from repairs / upgrades / maintenance not carried out by us.
    • Any products that have been altered or adjusted in any way from their original format (unless the alterations were carried out by our technicians).
    • Customised items cannot be returned, this includes painted two toned VCRA compliant guns.
    • Normal wear and tear to parts such as, but not limited to gears, pistons, tappet plates,seals and gaskets.
