The AirTac Airsoft HPA Magazine Adapter MWS to M4 brings those two worlds together. Designed around the Tokyo Marui MWS and selected compatible MWS-pattern platforms, this fully assembled adapter lets you run a correctly regulated HPA supply while using a modular M4 magazine configuration. For regular skirmishing, that can mean quicker reloads, a more consistent air supply and less reliance on traditional gas magazines.

AirTac has made the conversion refreshingly straightforward. The adapter arrives with the valve, gas router and feed lips already installed, so there's no need to sacrifice a donor gas magazine or build the core assembly yourself. A rear shim and integrated adjustment shim system help compensate for small differences between compatible MWS-pattern receivers and magazine wells. Each adapter is also tested using a Tokyo Marui MWS platform with attention paid to feeding, operation and the air seal.

The recommended operating range is 90-150 PSI, allowing the pressure to be tuned appropriately for the host airsoft replica and site limits. Connection is through a US Foster fitting for use with a compatible regulated HPA line. More pressure isn't automatically better, though. Correct regulation and sensible tuning are important, and this adapter should never be attached directly to an unregulated high-pressure air or CO2 source.

Construction combines CNC-machined and injection-moulded components, giving the adapter a solid build without turning it into an unnecessarily bulky addition to your MWS setup. The modular M4 magazine arrangement is particularly useful for airsoft players who want convenient reloads and a magazine format that's easy to manage during longer skirmishes. Spare feed lips are included too, which is a useful extra considering the amount of loading and unloading a regularly used HPA setup can see.

Compatibility extends beyond the original Tokyo Marui MWS, with support listed for selected Double Eagle, Guns Modify, Salvo Precision, Toxicant, Ghetto Blaster and Aeroknox MWS-pattern systems. It is important to check your exact replica before ordering, as not every rifle based around an MWS-style system uses an identical magazine interface. In particular, this version is not compatible with CYMA CGS platforms, which require a dedicated CGS adapter.
