This Electric Powered Airsoft AEG is made to look like the MK12 Special Purpose Rifle, which is currently in use by the US Navy SOCOM Units.
It was made by CYMA, and P&J added some custom design elements. It is the perfect base for a DMR Rifle.
The CYMA CM071 Rifle has an Alloy Receiver, Handguard, Outer Barrel, Flip-Up Ironsights, and Stock. The Grip and Cheek Rest are made of Polymer.
This airsoft rifle has an SPR Mod.0 Style Modular Handguard and comes with three Short 20mm RIS/RAS Rails and one Extra Large 20mm RIS/RAS Rail, which can be moved along the rail and used for a wide range of aftermarket parts and attachments. The rifle also has a realistic-looking 18" outer barrel that is the same length as the real rifle and is threaded with a 14mm CCW Thread so that a variety of Airsoft Suppressors and Tracer units can be attached.
The rifle's receiver is a standard V2 M4 receiver with a top 20mm RIS/RAS rail for sights and scopes and P&J branding on the left side of the receiver.
The standard design of the Receiver has also been improved by P&J. It is now made of aluminium and has an ambidextrous magazine release that lets the user dump the magazine even when switching hands.
Inside the gun, there is a widebore 6.08mm Inner Barrel and an adjustable Alloy Hop-Up for more stability. This gives the BB a spin before it goes down the barrel, giving shots more range and accuracy.
The gun also has flip-up Ironsights that can be used if the target is too close or if the main sight goes down. When they are not in use, they can be folded down so they don't get in the way.
The battery that powers the weapon is stored in a sliding stock on the back of the gun. This gives you more control over the length of the gun as a whole.
The battery compartment has enough room for a 9.6v Ni-Mh battery and is connected with a Fused Mini-Tamiya connector, which is the most common battery connector on the market.
The weapon has a place on the back where slings can be attached to make it easier to carry all day. This rifle is perfect for any Airsoft Skirmisher who wants to start building a DMR-style load out. It can be used as-is or as a great external base for a DMR project.
The metal reinforced gearbox has high-quality steel gears, precision bearings 8 mm (cross slot), a spring M110, a metal spring guide with a bearing, a reinforced cylinder head, and a vacuum piston head.
Charger, 8.4V/1200mAh battery (small connector), longer stock butt, plastic cleaning rod, and Wind Up Hi-cap Magazine for 400rds are all included.
