SA-H09 carbine replica by Specna Arms is mostly made of strong zinc and aluminium alloy, with steel reinforcements at the replica's most susceptible areas (steel elements - all the screws, pins and tactical sling swivels). Both the battery-storing SF stock and the pistol grip were constructed of polymer. The replica's receiver and RIS handguard have been anodized, providing a high level of corrosion resistance. Prior to the application of paint, the surface was sandblasted. The paint was then applied using a powder coating procedure. This significantly increases the abrasion resistance of the applied paint. The receiver is marked by the manufacturer.
The airsoft replica's parts are very precisely aligned, and in a way that was previously only noticeable in reproductions made by G&P or Classic Army, the replica is also properly balanced. The airsoft gun is compatible with both LiPo and LiFe batteries. Owing to the manufacturer-installed main spring that provides a default muzzle velocity of 410 FPS, the replica is ideal for use at medium range. In addition, the kit contains an M90 spring, which reduces the muzzle velocity to 310 FPS, thereby adapting the replica for close-quarters and interior operations.
The gearbox, which is reinforced at the height of the cylinder's head, conceals a steel main spring guide, which is a component of the Enter & Convert system, as well as 8mm ball bearings and steel thread-wheels with spacers. The system is protected by four anti-reversal mechanisms. The type 2 cylinder and the steel breaker are present. The replica is equipped from the factory with a precise, rotary-type polymer Hop-Up mechanism that enables extremely precise and steady regulation of BB overclocking.
