The design is based on the P226 platform, already known in both real steel and airsoft circles for its reliability and solid ergonomics. Raven has taken it further with a hydro-dipped camouflage finish that blends right into MTP (Multi Terrain Pattern) loadouts. From wooded woodland to scrub and urban outskirts, the camo works surprisingly well at keeping your draw discreet and your silhouette clean.

The slide is CNC-machined from aluminium alloy, giving it a crisp, solid feel when racking. It’s full-metal, properly weighted, and finished with an electrostatic camo coat that holds up to field use without chipping off like cheap paint jobs. The blowback system is strong but smooth, with the slide snapping back to cycle each shot. It adds that satisfying recoil kick and realism without affecting your follow-up shots.

On top of the slide, you’ll find a set of V-notch sights cut into the slide itself. No fibre optics or bright colours here—this is meant to stay stealthy. But the sight picture is clean and easy to acquire, even in low light. For those who prefer point-and-shoot simplicity or use sidearms at close range, it feels just right.

The frame is also full metal, finished in matching green-based camouflage. All the pistol controls—slide release, magazine release, takedown lever, and the de-cocking switch—are black metal, standing out just enough to find them by feel without ruining the camo aesthetic. The de-cocker is fully functional, safely lowering the hammer without firing, which is a rare touch in airsoft pistols and a nice nod to the real-steel platform.

The hammer and trigger group are full metal, with a solid, crisp break on the trigger and that unmistakable clunk when the hammer comes down. Even the safety features feel considered: the drop-safe mechanism helps prevent misfires if the pistol takes a hit or gets knocked while holstered. It’s little touches like that which make this sidearm feel purpose-built, not just a pretty face in camo.

The grips are textured polymer, hydro-dipped to match the rest of the gun, and shaped to fit snugly in the hand. They’ve even got the R226 model engraving on them—just a subtle extra that adds to the realism. Despite being compact, the pistol feels balanced, easy to draw, and doesn't weigh down your belt.

Internally, you’re looking at a tightbore 6.03mm barrel for improved shot consistency. Paired with a 20-round gas magazine, this sidearm hits around 300–328 FPS depending on gas and temperature. The gas efficiency is excellent—something Raven has been quietly nailing across their HYDRO line—and you’ll reliably clear a mag without drop-off. A 20mm accessory rail underneath the barrel also gives you the option to mount a torch or laser if you want to build it out a bit.
