Description

This is the WE Tech F226 and it is an airsoft version of a Sig Sauer P226. The manufacturer of this pistol "WE" are renowned in the airsoft industry for making good quality pistols at an affordable price.

As with most airsoft weapons that are made in Taiwan they are normally a little bit better quality then their Chinese counterparts and this gun is no exception to that rule, as when you hold this gun in your hand you really get the impression that this is a good bit of kit.

 The real Sig Sauer P226 is widely used by lots of the worlds police forces and special army groups, most notable among them is probably the British SAS. as this is one of the most well know pistols around you will have no doubt seen this pistol in many computer games and films.

This pistol is made mostly of aluminium metal that makes it strong but not so heavy, the textured grip panels are made of polymer.

 The pistols top slide can be removed allowing you to field strip the gun for maintenance which is both practical and also adds to the realism of the weapon.

There is a working safety switch on the side of the pistol, the other buttons on the pistol are for realising the guns mag and the other allows you to remove the top slide that we just mentioned.

 On the underside of the barrel is the RIS rail for attaching extras that you may wish to buy or maybe already have. on the top of the barrel, you have the front and rear iron sights that have little white dots on them that allow you to acquire your targets and accurately take them down quickly. you also have a working hammer on this handgun. 

regarding the performance, it shoots at a very respectable 310 fps with green gas, but this power will be affected by the outside temperature as with all gas guns the colder it is outside the less power you get, but unless its very cold it should be fine, especially if you buy some cold weather gas like the nurpol red or black gas.

The guns iron mag holds 25 bbs in a double stack when firing its smooth cycling and powerful gas blowback system give it a nice satisfying kick and fast cycle rate.

we think this bb gun is one of the best WE-Tech's designs so far and fits nicely into any airsofters collection.
